Customer loyalty/retention

I was just on the phone with a customer retention rep reviewing my current internet plan/bill. He was short and rude and offered me a $5 discount. 

Can someone please contact me please? I just don't understand how he can treat a loyal customer with such attitude. I'm very disappointed. 

I guess I will be shopping for other internet provider this weekend. Thanks in advance.
