Comcast won't give me my credit back!

Comcast won't give me my credit back!

When I cancelled my service, Comcast owed me $38.99 and claims to have sent the check to my billing address. Unfortunately their system limits to very few characters and doesn't have a second address line. So the check never arrived. I asked to change the billing address and re-send the check, but this has not been done. How do I get my money back?!
