Comcast lost my payment

Comcast lost my payment

So i had a automatic payment set up for the 10th of march for $100 which was taken out of my bank account that day and then on the same day i payed the remaining balance to for my march bill, but on the 12th my internet was disconnected and after talking to customer service they said they see both payments and will reconnect my service. So then two days later on the 14th my internet is again cut off and after being on the phone for a hour and a half i was told that they never received my $100 payment and also i found out they were charging me $6 to reconnect my services both on the 12th and 14th even though it was their fault they lost my money and the guy said said he would credit me those charges back but only credited me $.12 not $12 and also we never came to a solution to where my $100 went.

Have you checked with your bank to see if the payments went through?

Not on the phone no, but i made the trip to a xfinity store and they have put in a research ticket for my payment and credited me the charges
