Charging more than I was promised

According to the thread here: http://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Billing/Promotion-price-expiring-this-month/m-p/2959731#M102667

 

I was offered a promo price of the following:

  • Performance Plus for $39.99 monthly for 12 months
  • Blast Pro upgrade for $20.00 monthly for 12 months
  • Modem rental $10.00 (Since you own yours there is no charge)

The total being $59.99 for 12 months. However, now when I look at my billing in my account the Blast Pro upgrade is charging me $30.00. Could someone take a look into this?
