Charges for Lost equipment

 

There are charges on my bill for a lost device, which I returned to the Xfinity store in Factoria, WA.

 

I've also started to get calls from collection companies about a $50 charge for it.

 

All of my internet equipment is my own, there should be no charges for any equipment period.

 

I've opened tickets about this problem over the phone twice yet I am continuing to receive calls every day from a collections agency.
