Charged for returned equipment/ Need downgrade

Hi,

My online billing is still showing that I am being charged 9.95 for a box I returned on August 11. I have the return receipt from my drop off location.

I would also like to cancel my cable service that is within my 30 days, but still maintain my internet service.

What do I need to do to get these issues taken care of.
