Can't adjust to internet-only plan, plus some technical issues

I am trying to adjust my plan to an internet-only option, but the only choices available while logged into my account are bundled plans.  If I look at the plans available at my address for a new user, suddenly these other plans become available (this one, in particular, https://www.xfinity.com/learn/offers/details?offerId=9626100786).

Unfortunately, I can't open a Support chat to attempt to resolve this. The form asks me for my first name, last name, zip code, email address, and a brief description of my issue. However, submitting the form returns an error:

"There are errors in your form submission, please see below for details.
Error 1 of 1: Phone Number is not a valid phone number"

There are no fields anywhere on the page (https://support.xfinity.com/chat?t=billing) that even ask for a phone number.
