I've been paying my infinity bill online, but now it says it has sent me a "code" by mobile phone.  I don't use a mobile phone, just landline.  What to do?

Hello marie319. It sounds like you are seeing our Two Step Verification screen, where our system is trying to verify you using a code that is sent to you via SMS Text message.
