Hello
I was aware of this 20.00 credit as the tech told me of this when he came to my house on 3/15. However before then I made Trip to the Comcast store to replace a box as the rep on the ph told me it was the reason why my cable did not work when actual the reason is my package did not match what was quoted to me. I receive cable on that Sunday and my cable did not get activated correctly and explain to me correctly until Thursday. I spoke to 3 tech and they all did not seem to know what was wrong. Spend over a hour on the ph. I am requesting a credit due to me going to replace my box when I didn't have too and being without cable for 4 days because what was quoted to me was not what I received and did not get resolved until 3/15. Thank you
