Billing...unable to get answers from Support

Billing...unable to get answers from Support

My Xfinity account shows me in default..that I am past due & subject to termination.  On the other hand I have e-mails thanking me for my paymenys & that I have a credit of +$157.30.  Thus far I have been unable to get a human being online to respond to my call for assistnance & halp me understand the exact status of my account.  Anyone out there have a phne # or e-mail I can send to some Xfinity official that will respond to me???Thanks...

If your billing statement shows a plus (+) in front of an amount that isn't a credit.  A credit would have a minus (-) in front of it.  Have you looked at your billing statement online under My Account?
