Billing problems

I keep getting a notification saying I can't pay my bill because of a SOAP fault from ESP services. I can't pay for my bill, nor can I delete my payment to re load my debit card numbers... HELP

Hello Sjkynard. We apologize for any inconvenience. This error is the result of a communication failure from your device to our payment server. In this case, you would need to user another device or contact us directly to process a payment.
