Billing problem

When we signed up in early January for 2-month service while here in a Punta Gorda RV park,we were told we would not be billed for any additional charges.  Last month we rec'd a statement indicating a credit of $24.10.  Today (2/7/12/) we rec'd a bill in the amount of $10.51.  What is this for?  Thank you - Pat

Pat, you will need to call 1-800 comcast and speak with someone inthe Billing Department about this.  The Forums are monitored primarily by other customers like yourself.  We do not have access to any of your Account information at all, and cannot assist you with this.

Note:  Sometimes Comcast Employees do post here, but not on a regular basis.  You can always identify who is a Comcast employee because their Username will be in red text by their posts.
