Billing error

Billing error

I was not sent a paper statement for two months and therefore did not pay my bill. My internet service was suspended when I discovered it. I will be billed late fees do to there error. I am not enrolled in paperless billing. I have not had any luck with customer service.

Sorry for the experience you're having. In case something like this happens in the future, I just wanted to let yo know that you can also access your bill by logging into your account at https://my.xfinity.com/?cid=cust. It's also available and can be paid by using the MyAccount app which can be accessed here

 

I'd like to see review your account to see if there's anything I can to do make this right. Please send me a private message by clicking on my name, "ComcastChe" then click private message me. In the body of this message please verify your first and last name, the phone number, street address including city state and zip code, and the account number associated with your services.
