I now have experienced why I have heard so many people say they don't like Comcast.  It is horrible to try to get through to a real person.  I was put on hold numerous times then after 8 to 10 minutes they would disconnect the call.  It has taked numerous calls to get a credit from old house credited to new house and they say they are just so busy it takes weeks.  I bet if I said I was too busy to pay my bill they wouldn't be understanding like they expect their customers to be.  Then they had the nerve to charge me a late fee after I verified the amount I should pay.  If they are that busy they can't take care of their customers then maybe they shouldn't try so hard to get new customers!
