Billing and rising prices are ridiculous.

I don't understanding how the bill is getting more expensive each month. First how much is it to rent a box. I am thinking to downgrade because I cannot afford 156 a month after taxes ..especially when I was paying 50 just for internet. I can't keep shelling out money and its getting more and more. Can I downgrade to just internet, and local channels? Please help.
