Now, it's Monthly Statement Summary Previous Balance 36.02 Payment - 02/06/17- thank you -37.00 New Charges - see below 70.52 Total Amount Due $69.54 Payment Due by 03/17/17 New Charges Summary XFINITY TV 15.98 XFINITY Internet 39.99 Partial Month Charges & Credits 11.79 Changes were made to your account this month. I get the 15.98 for the movie. But, really 70.52? I guess I am going to have to cancel if this continues. I only have internet, since my association pays my cable bill.

Hi Boxygurl -- I can help explain your increase. The change you're seeing on your bill comes from Self Service Discount being removed. Self Service Discount requires both EcoBill & AutoPay to be active in order to receive it. We apply it as a courtesy for the first 30 days regardless if you have those EcoBill & AutoPay active. After 30 days if they are not active then the discount is removed and you see prorated charges for it.

You are able to activate EcoBill & AutoPay within the first 60 days to receive this discount from when you started your account. You can activate it at any time even after 60 days however the discount will not become retroactive.
