Does anybody know how to solve a billing and account problem with Comcast. I have made 5 phone calls to customer service and have spoken with 2 different supervisors who both agreed that there is a billing problem. Both supervisors promised to have the issue resolved within 24-48 hours and both promised to call me back within 24-48 hours. I have not received a single callback, and the problem is still unresolved.
