Billing Increases

My Bill has risen from 150 in May, crept to 175 over the last 6 months, now up to 182. What's up with the new taxes and no longer getting any discounts?

 

I just have 2 tvs, hd, and dvr. No premium channels outside of the espn, comedy central, kinda stuff. 

In their commercials they say don't pay 2000$ a year with ATT. Now I'm paying 2000 a year with them, and I really dont have anything all that fancy. 

 

Will be switching to RCN unless someone can explain all the rate increases sufficiently. Other than, you're an old customer now and we only give sensible rates to new customers.
