Billing Changed

My bill rose again but when I called I was told it was due to my DVR service changing. I didn't change my service but I have noticed features were removed previously from TV Go (like the ability to manage my schedules), and checked my bill but didn't notice any changes. My goal is to keep my bill under a certain amount yet it keeps rising without notice or explanation.
