Bill went up by $30 - Any relief?

Bill went up by $30 - Any relief?

I have the triple play.  I just noticed my bill went up by $30 a month because I am no longer getting the bundle discount.  My bill is now $250 a month.  That's just too much and I cannot continue serive at that level.  Are there other options to lower the bill or am I forced to shop around and cancel?
