Bill still showing old service address not able to view online 3 weeks after move

I moved my xfinity services almost 3 weeks ago and the service address is still showing the old address. I am not able to see my bill online for my current service address. I received a paper bill for the new address but I need to be able to view it online and pay online. I've already spoken to a rep about this a week ago and its still not fixed.

Hi JM74 -- I can help with that account issue. It sounds like your username did not transfer over to your new account. I can get that transferred for you. Please send me a PM with your name, full service address, either phone number or account number, and the username you're signing in with. I will get this transferred over for you with that information.
