Why is Comcast still charging me for a cable box I do not have? On my bill it says I added a box, but I have not. And my last payments not right on my bill. In January I paid $125 not $110. And how do I have a previous balance when I have paid everything that was due on the 8th. How can I be charged a late fee when Comcast never gets my bill correct? I just want answers and a correct bill.

Have you called 1-800 comcat and spoken with anyone in the Billing Department?


The Help Forums are monitored primarily by fellow customers.  We do not have access to anyone's Account and cannot help you.  The customer service  Reps, and the billing reps do not monitor either.  Once in a while you will see a Comcast Administrator or Moderator post... Their Username is always in red text.

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
