Bill Due Date

Hi.  I just installed services on September 15th and I see a bill due date of October 6th.  It seems it is going by when I signed the agreement (which is also wrong still in my account) instead of when I actually installed services.

Hi, mbp0222 - The due date is correct, your payment due date will be at least 21 days after your statement date each month. You can also find the correct billing cycle (9/15 to 10/14) on your billing statement.
