Being billed for an IPad but have not received the ipad

Every time I call to get a status, no one knows what I’m talking about.  They keep transferring me to the mobile team.  Please help!!  It’s been over a month

Hi U072508 -- I can help with that iPad issue. Please send me a PM with your name, full service address, and either phone number or account number for authentication. I will also need to know your order date and confirmation number (if you have it).
