Being Billed monthly for tv box I don't have

I turned in all of my boxes and cancelled service about a year ago.  I am being billed for a box that I don 't have .  I have brought this to their attention a few times with no luck .  I'm sure if they ping the box they will fiund out it has not been active since I cancelled the account or is issued somewhere else.  Anyone have luck getting this off their account.  If I don't get this simple problem fixed I am shutting down my entire xfinity account immediately .  Not worth the terrible service and over charges
