Been a customer when can I get a break?

I've been a comcast customer for years ! My bill has increased so much since the promotion ended that its hard to keep up ! I called customer service and of course its the same "blame game" response about the last rep. I asked multiple times to reduce my bill and the best response is "Thats the lowest " ! Why do I feel like loyalty works against instead of with the existing customers? This is beyond ridiculous !

Hi TG10. We certainly appreciate your business. We offer an introductory rate for the first 6 months, 1 year, or 2 years depending upon the offer. After the introductory period offer expires, the price does go to what we call Everyday Price or regular rate. I can assist you with an account review to see if there are any offers available to better suit your needs.
