BUSINESS CLASS Customers Assessed an Early Termination Fee

If you are a BUSINESS CLASS customer located in Florida or California and have been hit with an early termination fee due to Comcast's "auto-renewal" of your service agreement. Please contact me at via the private messaging function on this board.  We can help. Please leave an e-mail address at which you can be contacted.

Per the Forum posting Guidelines and including Private Messages we ask that customers do not contact anyone with personal information:

I will update this thread with any information I receive about the Early termination fee along with the policy surrounding it.

 

1. Post personal information in the forums

Please do your best to keep your identity and personal information safe. This includes:

 

 

  • Your full name 
  • Your telephone number
  • Your Physical/Mailing Address
  • Email addresses
  • Credit Card numbers
  • Account numbers
  •  Other personally identifiable information
