Hi CHDSH! I'd like to help you with your Netflix billing issue. I looked into your account and see that we are only charging you the normal rate for Netflix. Are you being double billed by Netflix as well?

To stop the double billing, you will need to go onto Netflix and cancel your account so they can stop billing on their end, and we will continue billing you as normal. If you do not wish to continue being billed through Comcast, and wish to be billed through Netflix instead, we can cancel the subscription on our end.
