As Internet only customer, why am I still getting charged a Broadcast TV Fee and Regional Sports Fee

I canceled my TV service but I kept my internet. The fees for Broadcast TV and Regional Sports still showing and no adjustments have been made to my monthly bill. Why is that?

I have the same problem with erroneous charges for Regional Sports and TV Broadcast (and related taxes and fees) on an internet only account.  I was told on the customer service chat board that the "system" automatically makes appropriate adjustments and all corrections would appear on the next billing statement, but I don't agree.  If these erroneous charges are currently listed in "My Account" then I don't expect them to be removed "automatically" by the next statement.  Why can't these charges be removed now so they won't appear on the next billing statement?
