Any option to keep promotional rate?

Any option to keep promotional rate?

Dear comcast support,

 

I would like to know if it's possible to keep my promotional rate? I anticipate my bill to raise by about $30 in a few days and this is above what I'm ready to pay granted I only need internet access and that's it. is there any chance to review my account and see if my rate could be left intact?
