1800 number

When I dial 1 800 number to check why there is no internet-TV-phone signal in my house last thing I want to hear is commercial!!!! I don't want to hear about 100$ restaurant specials. I just want to give phone number for my account and hear "sorry we have a problem in your area, technicians are trying..." . I want to hear it right away without some "HD on demand" advertisement. I had to call 4-5 times because we had no signal for more than 10 hours and every time I had to listen to this 100$ restaurant specials.
