Upon my subscription I had a placed a $100 refundable deposit and was promised to be receiving it between 2-3 months of internet usage. Did they forget about my refund?

I see posts of people getting they’re refund right away..

Is there something wrong. The least I want is for a greatly reputed company to steal my $100.

Hi Gabe3oh -- We keep deposits on the account for at least 12 months. After 12 months, if you have not had a soft disconnect within the past six months, the deposit will be applied to your account.

I don’t understand why I was told 2-3 months and then I get my refund..

I also see similar cases and their posts are answered with a refund..?

Please help.

Gabe3oh. We apologize you were misinformed. Holding the deposit for 12 months is our policy. We have no way of refunding it sooner.
