1 year contract

While looking at my acct. I noticed I am on a 1 yr contract that started dec 2017. I never set up contract. Does this automatically renew every year with out a call? When I call or visit office I get lies and deception. My bill was guaranteed to be 79. Now it is 102 a mo. I turned in a box to reduce bill and its now higher than before.

Hi DK0508 -- Our contracts do not automatically renew on their own. Once they expire your price rolls into the next pricing tier. I can review this contract agreement with you. Please send me a PM with your name, full service address, and either phone number or account number.
