OMG me too! Its so frustrating. It skips back. I had my son stand behind me and watch me type to see if perhaps I was accidently hitting two keys at once or dragging soemthing on the mouse?? No -it is simply a random thing. Have you got any advice> I wasnt thinking its comcast i was thinking my keyboard??
I have ran scans and have dont use the comcast anti-virus as I think it slows the computer down. I have windows 7 & I use AVG anti-virus and no threats. I also have a connection thats way too slow which is how I came accross your post.
