What Speed Tier is "Xfinity High Speed Internet"

I got a "congrats, your internet speed is increased" - the details say I should make sure I have a DOCSIS 3.0 modem and to indicate my speed tier to see what modems are blessed by Comcast. The speed tiers are "economy plus" "performance starter" "performance" "Blast" "extreme 50" and "extreme 105". On the website (http://mydeviceinfo.comcast.net/) it says "dont know what your speed tier is?" and when you click it shows where on your bill to find that info... well mine says...[drum roll please....] Xfinity High Speed Internet which ISNT ON THE LIST...

so what does that translate to?

Re: What Speed Tier is "Xfinity High Speed Internet"

It just means Comcast didn't break down your bill to tell you the actual tier you are subscribed to.

Run ShaperProbe, copy the results and post back here please
