HOW DO I CANCEL A SERVICE APPOINTMENT

MY CABLE WAS OUT EARLIER AND COMCAST SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR ME FOR TOMORROW MORING. THE SERVICE SUBSEQUENTLY CAME BACK ON SO I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPT.
PLEASE ADVISE, I CAN'T STAND CALLING THE 800 # AND BEING ON HOLD.

Currently the only option is to phone. Choose the cable option instead of internet since your appointment ws for no cable.

i call 1888-comcast. im never on hold for more than 5min. so try calling that number.

PLEASE CANCEL APPT FOR 1501B OYSTER CATCHER POINT ON MONDAY, 21 JAN 2013.  THE SERVICE IS WORKING

As stated above you can NOT cancel sevice calls via this forum you must call Comcast and do this yourself we are just customers like yourself and have no authority to do your request.

All customers have the ability to cancel and reschedule their appointments online within My Account.
