Over the past 3 days, download speed has dropped consistently to about 1 mbps, rather than 5-6. Have tried several speed test sites (DSL Reports, Verizon, etc.). Support has not been much help - says there are no reported problems. Have tried all the usual - reboot, cald start of modem, etc. Have been connected for over 2 years without a similar situation.

Park and Embarq/Bellsouth/Verizon truck out front of there corporate office with a sign saying make the switch? I dont know they dont seem to care their service stinks here in Naples as they are the ONLY cable service in town so they can do as they please..
