xfinity ipad app not working!

xfinity ipad app not working!

As of today, 12=18-2014 I cannot connect to xfinity through the app on my iPad.  My router appears to be fine, and the network icon is on.  No other internet apps seems to be working

Try rebooting your router.  If that doesn't work shut off both the modem and the router.  Turn on modem first then after it is on then router.  Should bring everything to life.

Thanks, but that is what customer service recommneded too, and so far not working
