hi, you posted in the stream app area and it has no lights to blink. Are you speaking of your modem or your set top box equipment? do you have the X1 entertainment system? do you have a Comcast rented modem/gateway?

HI ,I HAVE THE COMCAST MODEM HAD TO INSTALL A DIFFERENT ONE, AND SINCE THEN THE LIGHTS ARE FLASHING .2.4 GHZ AND THE 5 GHZ .

What make/model? Maybe these lights flash to indicate data transfer. What does the manual say?
