Why can't i change my service online, the only thing it will let me do is upgrade. I dont want to upgrade, I want to downgrade.

The only authorized way to downgracde services is to either call into Comcast @ 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 or visit your local Service Center in person.  Service Center Locations can be found at this link:  http://customer.xfinity.com/service-center-locations
