no dvr recordings are showing up on my xfinity tv app, please advise. I have X1. Thanks.
on an x1 TV look at the username at xfinity button >> gear(settings) >> my account >> account details ----- be sure that username is the one you are using to log into the app. If correct then call 877-896-8678 and ask for the cloud DVR rate code to be added to your account.
