what is the solution to this problem? Wife is having same problem when she tries to sign in. I am able to sign in on her phone with the same app, no problem

Currently the Xfinity Home mobile app only supporst sign in with one email address. This is the email address that is associated with the Xfinity Home account that was provisioned when the account was opened. Multiple users can be signed in with this email address.
