home security mobile app not working

home security mobile app not working

Recently purchased xfinity home. Worked for 2 wks. Now I can not get the app to work. Called omcast. They said I will hear back from someone within 5 hrs.that was 7 days ago.
I am reading several disappointing comments.
sounds like xfinity can't figure it out .bad way of doing bussiness.
