is it an iphne/iPad? if so, just upgraded to iOS10? On my iPad Mini I had to uninstall the app and reinstall it and it fixed the problem I was having.

Re: error message

Samsung tablet, (android) I've installed the app 3 times, site comes up, but when I hit watch, I get the error message. And is it true you cannot use a tablet with chromecast and Xfinity on my tv?

Re: error message

Not sure about the error message, but definitely true that you can no longer cast to TV through Chromecast from tablet/phones. Presently, you can still cast from a computer though.
