download dvr recordings to iPad doesn’t seem to work

When I download dvr recordings to iPad with app I only get 4-5 minutes of show. Why?

there have been a few different threads about this under this topic. The general reason is that the cloud DVR storage for your area may be having problems. I have escalated your issue to the Comcast Team available to these forums. Check back often for a reply in this thread or via Private Message from a Comcast Official Employee.

Re: download dvr recordings to iPad doesn’t seem to work

I have been trying to download the Shanara show that is on my DVR to my iPad. This has also occurred with Designated Survivor in the past. I tried last to download on Monday 10/23/17. If I hit play and stream, it appears that I can watch the entire show, but when I download, it only plays the first 4-5 minutes. This consistently happens with episode 1. I have been able to download other shows in the past, but after recent updates, this seems to happen more frequently.
