21001 usually indicates a problem with authorization. I sent you a private message.

I have the same problem and there should be no problem on authorization.

I am getting the same error. Also, the reception in the app buffers quite a bit. I tried restarting it, stopping programs not being used and finally unstalling the app and re-installing it. now I can't even log in and when I get past the error message it says that there is a token authorization that doesn't exist.

Hi Ace2791, The Xfinity Home package is not showing on your account. You can call customer support or I can open a ticket for you. Shannon

We're currently experiencing an issue that is affecting the Xfinity Home Mobile App & Subscriber Portal.  Our engineers are actively working on restoring full App & Portal functionality.  I am adding your name and account to a ticket to confirm your issue is resolved once we've issued a fix.  I will provide updates as they are available.  I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

I am experiencing log in issues on the xfinity home app. This has been an issue in my area apparently since yesterday. Is there any updates regarding this issue?

What are we suppose to do? I am unable to arm my home therefore it is now unsecured while I'm at work.

Yes, how are we supposed to arm our homes when we are away from them?  This has been a couple days now.  I am still in my first 30 days and can cancel if I need to.  Is this something that is a regular problem with Xfinity Home?????

We are having the same issue here, again for... I've lost count. Can we expect credits for not being able to utilize the service completely? Is there an estimated outage time?

I apologize for the frustration that this has caused.  We’ve been able to restore service. If you’re still experiencing issues, please PM me, but we expect that users will regain functionality. We’re continuing to work the issue and will post an update if we encounter additional service interruptions.

Nationwide outage and they are working on a fix can also effect touch pad.
