Xfinity undated for my tablet

Since the update I don't have any of the regular network channels  such as ABC,CBS, NBC, or networks I had like VH1 nor do the channel numbers show up like before.  How do I get my channels back on my tablet?

Have you called in to the x1 help desk at 877-896-8678 ? Have them verify that you have the Cloud DVR "rate code" active on your account.

If none of your channels have numbers (instead they would show "TV Go") then you either have the "Available out of home" filter turned on or you do not have XFINITY Internet service.  Are either of those the case?
