Xfinity Stream TV App Does Not Recognize My Home WIFI - Unable To Watch All Channels

I'm using the latest Xfinity Stream TV App and connected to my home WIFI, however, when I go to some channels (e.g. Fox KTVU) i see:

1. Message "Available to watch in home only"

2. "Watch" menu item grayed out (inactive)

 

I'm gone through all the message boards and still can't find a solution.

 

Please help. Located in San Jose, CA.

try logging in to the xfinity my account app with same user/password. under the internet tab does your modem's model/serial number show up and match?
