Xfinity Stream App- Android No Channels!!

Xfinity Stream App- Android No Channels!!

My app only shows two tv channels. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, signed in and out agian as well and I am still unable to access all of my channels.

Other info:

- not on my home wi-fi

-android

- downloaded the app on 7/19

- go new service in June due to a move

-yes I signed in with my new information and not my old info

I've removed your device from our database which may help clear up the issue.  Uninstalling/reinstalling won't usually help in this situation but signing out via Settings (looks like a gear icon) usually should because that also removes the device from our database. 

 

I looked up the subscribed channels associated with the username you used to sign into the forum and all appears correct. Sounds like you already did, but make sure you sign in with the same username as you are for the forums.  You can also check https://tv.xfinity.com on a PC and see if the same issue is happening there.
