Xfinity Home app error 42400

Xfinity Home app error 42400

I keep getting this error 42400 when I try to log in to my app. I have deleted and reloaded the app multiple times. Can you help?

Hi cwfiii - 

 

I believe you are signing in with an email address that is not linked to your Xfinity Home security account.  I will private message you with the email address to use when signing in.

Everytime I try to log into the xfinity app I keep getting the error code 42400. I have tried to download and delete the app, but keeps happening.

Hi kizerk - 

 

I pulled up your account & don't see active Xfinity Home security service on your account.  This would be the source of your error.  Do you believe your account to be in error?
